Downloading Land Use Data in Replica

Replica offers aggregate Land Use data as a reference dataset so that you can view and quantify the current use of land and buildings for your study area. You can view this data in both Places and Trends, and you can download this data directly via the Data Downloads page.

Learn more about this dataset, including our land use classifications and data sources, here.

Follow the steps below to access the data:

  1. Navigate to the Data Downloads page where aggregate Land Use data is available under the "Built Environment" section.

  2. Select your Geo Area, Geo Breakdown, and Metric from the dropdowns. A table preview will appear below so you can see what's included in the dataset.

  3. Click "Initiate Download". A notification will appear in the lower left-hand corner of the page once your download is ready.

  4. Click on the "History" tab in the upper left-hand corner of the page to access the download. Once you locate the Land Use data from your list of downloads, hover and click the downward arrow icon on the right-hand side. Select your desired file format from the dropdown to download the data.
