The time filter returns all trips that include any travel segment network link with a start time within the bounds of this filter.
When applied to the Network Link Volumes data layer and the Volumes chart, this filter reduces the counts to only those network links that have start times within the bounds of the filter. It does not include the portions of trips that occur outside the bounds of the filter.
