Why there is a mismatch in the number of unique records between AADT and Free Flow Speeds for the same year and same geography?

This is expected and depends on the geography, but often times, Replica has greater coverage for AADT than for Free Flow Speeds. On some local streets, we may have the AADT coverage but do not have enough sample data for or produce Free Flow Speeds information.
